Start a return
Contact support before sending an item back. Include your order number, the item, the reason for the request, and clear photographs when relevant. If approved, we will provide instructions and the correct return destination. Unauthorized returns can be delayed or refused.
Return eligibility
To qualify within the 20-day window, eligible items should be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in resalable original packaging with labels and included hardware. Return availability can also depend on the product, supplier, condition, and applicable law. Keep shipping materials until fitment and condition are confirmed.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Inspect deliveries promptly. If an item is damaged, appears defective, or differs from what was ordered, stop installation and contact us with photos of the product, packaging, labels, and shipping carton. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected, generally to the original payment method. Original or return shipping, duties, and service charges may be non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise. Financial institutions control final posting times.
Common exclusions
Unless required by law or expressly approved, installed, used, modified, incomplete, special-order, personalized, final-sale, electrical, hazardous, fluid, or clearance items may not be returnable. Manufacturer warranty claims may follow a separate review process. Product and order pages can contain additional item-specific conditions.
